First of all, I would like to thank Jenny Pera and all of the volunteers who worked the Book Fair this week. It was a huge success and our students loved having the opportunity to purchase books.
Next I would like to thank all parents who came to the meeting with Dr. Brooks to learn about the changes facing our district. In the event that you missed that meeting, there is another meeting scheduled for 6:15 in the Amelia Elementary cafeteria on Monday and Thursday at 6:15 in the WT library.
We are busy preparing for report cards as the end of third quarter is March 30th. I just can’t believe that we are so close to the end of the year. Students are working hard to prepare for OAA at the end of April.
Specials for this week are: Monday/Yellow, Tuesday/Green, Wednesday/Blue, Thursday/Red, and Friday/Yellow.
Monday night is Merwin night at Frisch’s Cherry Grove. Don’t forget to tell them you are from Merwin. After you have dinner at Frisch’s, you can head over to the skating rink for the PTO skating party starting at 6:30.
