Hello Merwin Families!
We had a great first week of school and are moving into DIBELS assessments.
Thank you to all parents who pick up at the end of the day! Everyone is following procedure. That has helped us complete dismissal quickly each day. The police department has asked that cars leave two car lengths when turning into the lot to allow room for the buses.
We held our first fire drill on Friday. Students are learning and practicing safety.
There is a Board of Education meeting at 7:00 Monday evening at the Union Township Civic
Center in Eastgate.
Thursday is picture day for all students except Kindergarten
A who has their pictures on September 17.
Remember that fall pictures are paid for at the time they are taken. Packets were carried home on the first day of
school. If you didn’t get a picture
packet, there are extras in the office.
Friday will be our first spirit day. Wear your favorite Merwin shirt or blue and
white!
