I hope that everyone who attended the Mother/Son event today had a great time. I spent the day at a wrestling tournament with the grandsons. A big thank you goes out to Deb Hinman, PTO Chairperson for arranging that event.
The Kindergarten schedule for the week is: Group A comes Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Group B comes Tuesday and Thursday.
Monday is the end of second quarter. Teachers will be finalizing conference schedules on Monday. If you have not sent in a request for a conference, please do so ASAP.
Thursday is Merwin PTO night at Papa John’s Pizza. If you order, don’t forget to mention that you are from Merwin.
Did you miss sign-ups for Merwin’s Flying Pig Family Team? You can still sign up, call school for details.
Report Cards will be carried home with students on Friday. Students who still owe fees will not receive report cards. If you need to make arrangements to schedule payments, call Mrs. Ogden in the office. Also going home on Friday will be information about the Clermont County Library Radical Reader program.
Looking ahead, don’t forget that Monday and Tuesday, January 30 and 31 are twin days at Merwin. The Book Fair will run Feb. 6-10 and the same week we will hold the Jump Rope for the Heart program and penny war.
