Weekly Update

Open house will be held Thursday, September 2 for grades 1-5.  Grades 1 and 2 will be at 6:00; grades 3, 4, and 5 will meet at 7:15.  We've scheduled two times due to limited parking.

We will meet in the gym for a short introduction of staff, as we have several changes this year.

Kindergarten parents are reminded that kindergarten children have been assigned one of the first three days of school for screening.  Students will learn their teachers on September 9 at kindergarten Open House at 6:30.

I will start my weekly messages next Sunday, but remember that it is a holiday weekend and therefore there is no school on Monday, September 6.

The state of Ohio has recently released the final report cards for this year and we are pleased to announce that Merwin was rated Excellent With Distinction for the third consecutive year!

However, this year West Clermont School District also received an Excellent With Distinction rating.  It is a very exciting time for our district.  Enjoy your last week of summer break! The teachers will spend the week preparing for your return.  See you then!
